You know what needs to change. Now you need a strategy for making it happen.
A private strategy experience to turn your career or business decision into a clear, realistic plan you can move forward with.
The NEXT Move
You've spent years building experience, making decisions, solving problems and becoming very good at what you do.
So chances are, you're not starting from zero.
You may already know you want to leave corporate.
You may know you want another kind of career.
You may have a business idea you've been thinking about seriously.
You may have already started the business and know something isn't working.
The problem is turning what you know into a strategy that works when you account for everything else: your income, experience, responsibilities, goals, risk, time, business realities and the life you actually want.
That's where The Next Move begins.
This May Be Your Next Move If…
You're successful in corporate, but you know you don't want to keep doing this for another ten years and you need a realistic strategy for changing direction.
You're considering leaving corporate, but walking away from the income, title and career you've spent years building isn't a decision you're willing to make without a plan.
You're deciding between another career move and entrepreneurship and need to understand what each path would actually require.
You know you want to build a business, but you're struggling to turn years of experience into something people will actually pay for.
You've already left corporate and started a business, but the offer, positioning, marketing or client acquisition isn't working the way you expected.
Or you have a specific career or business problem you've been circling for months and you're ready to stop thinking about it alone and make a decision.
You don't need to fit into a predetermined coaching program. You need the right strategy for the problem in front of you.
This Isn’t A Generic Strategy Call.
We don't start with the answer you've already given yourself…
If you tell me you need to leave corporate, I'm not going to assume quitting is the right answer.
If you tell me your marketing isn't working, we're not going to spend the entire session talking about Instagram before determining whether marketing is actually the problem.
If you tell me you need a business plan, I'm not going to immediately start building one.
The work goes deeper than the solution you initially bring into the room.
We look at what you want professionally and personally, what's happening now, what you've already tried, the financial realities involved, the assumptions you're making, the constraints you're working within and what has to be true for your next move to actually work.
I will ask questions.
I will challenge assumptions.
And I will tell you when I see something differently.
Then we build the strategy.
Because a good strategy isn't simply a list of things you could do.
It is a decision about what you're going to do, why it makes sense, what you're not going to do, and what needs to happen next.
HOW THE NEXT MOVE WORKS
01 — Before we meetOnce you're booked, you'll complete an in-depth diagnostic questionnaire covering your career or business, what you're trying to solve, what you've already tried, what you want next, and the financial, personal and professional realities surrounding the decision.
I review everything before we meet.
That means our time together doesn't begin with me asking you to spend the first part of the session explaining your background.
I come in knowing your situation. We start working.
02 — Our private strategy sessionThis is where we work through the problem together.
Depending on what you bring into the room, we may be working on your career direction, your path out of corporate, whether entrepreneurship makes sense, the viability of a business idea, your offer, positioning, marketing, social media, client acquisition, income considerations or another specific strategic problem.
There is no standard sequence I take every client through.
The session follows your problem, your goals and the decisions we need to make.
03 — Your strategy after the sessionYou won't leave with a recording and a notebook full of ideas you're responsible for turning into a plan on your own.
After our session, I take the decisions and strategy we've built together and organize them into your written Next Move roadmap.
It captures what we decided, the priorities that matter, what needs to happen next and the sequence for moving forward.
This isn't a template filled in after our call or a generic plan generated from your questionnaire.
It is the written continuation of the strategic work we do together.
AND IF YOU WANT SUPPORT AFTERWARD?
You don't have to decide that now.
The Next Move is complete on its own.
You can take your roadmap and execute it independently. But having a strategy and implementing it are two different things, especially when you're doing this while still managing a demanding corporate career, building a business, or both.
If, after our work together, you want continued access to me while you're implementing it, private Voxer support is available month to month.
That support gives you ongoing accountability and direct access to me for the questions, decisions, troubleshooting, feedback and strategy adjustments that come up as you put your plan into action.
No long-term contract. Month to month. Cancel anytime.
You decide after The Next Move whether you need it.
What People Are Saying
Why Work With Me?
I've made this kind of move myself and I've spent years helping other women make theirs.
Before building my own business, I spent more than 15 years in corporate leadership, eventually becoming a Senior Director. I left corporate at 45 after spending 18 months figuring out what I wanted to do next.
Since then, I've built my own business, coached more than 100 senior leaders and guided more than 225 women from corporate into business ownership.
So when we sit down together, I'm bringing more than coaching questions to the conversation. I'm bringing years of leadership, business experience and strategic thinking—and an understanding of how different these decisions look when you already have a successful career, an income, responsibilities and a life that has to be considered too.
You've thought about it long enough. Let's build the strategy for what happens next.
Another six months in the job you already know you want to change. Another year thinking about leaving corporate without building the plan to do it. More time and money going into a business that still isn't working.
Waiting is a decision too. And it has a cost.
The Next Move is where we stop circling it and build the strategy to move forward.
